These homemade blondies are rich, buttery and chewy. The browned butter gives these blondies the perfect nutty flavor! They would be a great treat for your 4th of July gathering!

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups unsalted butter, browned
- 1 ½ cups light brown sugar
- 2 large egg yolks
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- ½ tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 2 ½ cups flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 15 golden Oreos, chopped
- 5 golden Oreos, crumbled
- ½ cup red, white and blue sprinkles
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 9×13 baking pan with nonstick spray.
- Brown the butter in a saucepan on the stove – this will take about 10 minutes, and you’ll want to stir constantly until it starts to foam and brown. Cool the butter in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine the brown sugar and the butter, and stir until mixed well. Beat in the eggs and the egg yolks until smooth and then add the vanilla.
- In a different bowl, combine the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until well combined. Stir in the chopped Oreos.
- Add the sprinkles and fold in.
- Spread the blondie mixture in the 9×13 pan and top with the Oreo crumbs and additional sprinkles.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes or until the top is golden.
- Allow to cool and cut into squares. Enjoy!
