Having celebrated their fifth anniversary this past October, the upscale women’s boutique located at the heart of Lake Norman in Jetton Village is more than simply shopping. For owner, Candace Bongiovanni, it’s nothing less than her “dream job,” and for clients, it’s nothing short of magical, leaving the boutique with an outfit that embraces every detail of their personality.
“After being in the retail industry for over 20 years, my inspiration for CoCo Couture came after a trip to New York City during the holidays,” explains Candace. “After seeing the unveiling of all the window displays for the major retail stores, I was beyond enamored with all the sophistication behind the detail of putting together gorgeous collections.”
As we all know, feeling upbeat in a favorite outfit can change a moment, a day, and even a lifelong attitude. Fashion overflows with emotion, and Candace realizes curating a wardrobe for a client can truly be life changing. Feeling beautiful translates to feeling confident!
“When a client calls to schedule a wardrobe consultation for a special occasion, I have just been invited into one of the most important aspects of her life,” says Candace. “She is entrusting me to create a look that both empowers and embraces her personality and her beauty!”
The boutique also offers two unique extras, including a concierge service. If you need a special occasion collection and can’t make it to the shop because of work commitments, they will deliver (locally) to your home or business.

“We offer a complimentary service to our clients that includes coming in for us to curate a wardrobe based on their lifestyle and needs,” explains Candace. “Let’s say they have a special piece or two they really love in their wardrobe – we ask them to bring those pieces and let us implement them within the wardrobe we create.”
This helps give customers the best value for their money, and the shop’s seasoned consultants also offer suggestions on accessorizing those well-loved pieces. Schedule a session for you and a friend, and they will also have a bottle of chilled champagne ready and waiting!
