Meghan Corbett grew up in Winston-Salem and has been with Forsyth Magazines since 2009. She has a degree in mass media communication with a minor in journalism from NC State University. She married her high school sweetheart, Will, in 2008. They have two children, Avery and Hugh as well as two rescue beagle mixes, Sofia and Gerald. Meghan writes, edits and manages the calendar of events for the Forsyth Magazines family of publications. She moved to Wilmington in 2015 and loves coastal life, having grown up taking trips to lakes surrounding the Winston-Salem area including Lake Norman. Being on a boat is so relaxing, and one of her favorite things to do after picking up the kids from school is going on a cruise down the Intracoastal Waterway.
