“Every day, we start off with a bag of flour and make our own dough!” shares Owner Scott Gilleland, who has been the sole proprietor since 2004. “We also make our pizza sauce, spaghetti sauce and freshly cut all our vegetables. Our cheese is ground and blended here every single day!”

Once fall rolls around, Scott and longtime Restaurant Manager Hope Wise will also be dedicated to organizing events and fundraisers for local schools, churches, non-profit groups and those neighbors in need. Police officers, EMS and firefighters also receive dining discounts, as a way of saying “thank you.” You’ll discover that community spirit flows generously throughout The Untouchables staff, and you’ll always be in good company when you stop in for great food and good conversation.
“I’m very proud we are able to support so many of our local schools and churches through donations, hosting spirit nights at the restaurant and other local sponsorships,” says Scott.
