As part of the current pre-sale phase, the Taylor Glen staff is accepting 10% deposits for cottages and villa apartments, which offers new residents the opportunity to choose their layout and make interior selections for their soon-to-be new home. 

Residents of the new cottages and apartments will have access to the same wonderful amenities package as present Taylor Glen residents. The community recently received a refresh to the lobby, and residents are looking forward to a re-do of the dining venue and café space in the next couple of years.
