If you’re at that stage of curating a signature entertaining style in your home, The Bungalow Market has you covered with colorful serving pieces, sleek napkin rings paired with beautiful cloth napkins, classic cutting boards, food-safe pottery and conversation-worthy cookbooks to spice up your menus at home. “If you already have a favorite bowl at home, bring it by and we’ll help you fill it with stylish silk flowers, faux greenery or moss balls,” says Greta. “We love offering an eclectic mix of decorating styles, both modern and vintage. It’s so easy to stop in for a small gift or two and then take in an afternoon stroll downtown!”
The shop is filled with inspiration from all over the world and also close to home. You’ll love gifting hand-poured candles and classic diffusers from Davidson Candle Company, a local boutique candle maker – while, of course, choosing one for yourself! With a love for design and “rearranging” furniture dating back as long as she can remember, Greta is well versed in what makes a house a cozy representation of your personality! She and her husband, Brett, have lived in the Lake Norman area for 20 years, and they appreciate a client’s search for something a little different.
“Our shop inventory is ever changing and a comfortable blend of a little modern and a little vintage. If you’re out and about, strolling downtown, we’re the perfect stop to pick up a little something for a friend,” she adds.
Greta can also assist you with a custom order for your home – such as a fashionable rug or chic lamp from Surya – or another designer accent from one of her many preferred vendors.
