“Our dining experience is centered on three, tried-and-true food and beverage tenets: We are socially driven, locally inspired, and stylishly crafted,” says Dan Guinle, the club’s General Manager.
The Foundry’s culinary team is known for curating the freshest raw ingredients and crafting beautifully finished, bespoke plates — all perfect for a casual lunch or a celebratory birthday or anniversary dinner. “The restaurant supports local farmers and artisans by using recently harvested food, and highlighting the unique character of each ingredient,” explains Dan. “The menu includes popular and culturally inspired foods, all tinged with a hint of the South, including house-made pizzas, pastas, burgers, and salads. Guests can also enjoy excellent boutique wines, beers, and traditional cocktails at both The Foundry and Outfitter Café.

Born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, Chef Brett embraced his love of good food at an early age — thanks to his parents and grandmothers who took their preparation of excellent food very seriously! He spent time at Bull & Bear and Howells & Hood in Chicago before relocating to Charlotte, NC, and soon finding his culinary home here at The Foundry.

“For the most unforgettable special events, we also offer several different outdoor locations, from the amphitheater with seating for over 1,000 guests, to rustically elegant meadow views for 200, or an intimate fire and waterfall site for 75 guests,” says Senthil Elangovan, F&B Director.
Latrobe’s Atelier, the venue’s own artist studio, can also serve as the bridal suite for an outdoor wedding, or stand on its own for an elegant cocktail party.
