With a multitude of choices available to investors in this modern day, why would someone hire Marzano Capital Group as their Registered Investment Advisor or their financial professional? I have been asked that question many times over the last 20 years. In reality, the question is a great open ended conversation starter and by the same token, a great way to introduce our firm. With the Lake Norman community in such close proximity and so many wonderful clients already in the area, I felt it a great question to pen down here in LKN magazine and then provide the answers to help give readers a good idea of who we are and what we stand for.

There is a lot of truth to the old saying “it takes a village,” especially when you are solving for client needs and making sure that the client’s best interest is always put first. Due to our team approach, we have a built in succession plan that garners young talent, finds the strengths in each person and builds out the workload to fit the employee’s skillset – whether it is comprehensive planning face-to-face in one of our conference rooms, talking through the minutia of our financial lives, or in the front of the office where our support and operational staff are keeping the internal wheels turning for client service and appointments – we have a great pool of talent everywhere you look in this company.
