Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
- ½ cup no-sugar-added BBQ sauce (plus more for drizzling)
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1½ cups corn
- 1 large cucumber, diced
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup ranch dressing
Instructions:
- In a skillet over medium heat, add the cooked chicken and ½ cup BBQ sauce. Warm for 3–5 minutes, stirring until the chicken is heated through and coated.
