Tina Carusillo is a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, and grandmother of 3 wonderful boys – roles she holds close to her heart. After the heartbreaking loss of her son Nick due to the mishandling of his mental health issues, Tina has dedicated herself to becoming an advocate and ally for families facing similar struggles. Tina actively volunteers with Mental Health of America of Central Carolinas (MHAofCC) where she was honored to be the “Storyteller” at their 2024 annual fundraiser.
In addition to her advocacy work, Tina is the owner of a business focused on business development and market growth strategies for small to mid-sized companies. Over the past few years, she has collaborated with organizations such as Northeastern University, MHA, Johnson & Wales University, Catapult Employers Association, and LKN Magazine.
Tina spent much of her career in publishing, including leadership roles in sales, marketing, events and market research locally and nationally.
While a Texan at heart, she and her husband love living on Lake Norman with their three energetic labs.
