Mocktails are all the rage right now, and for good reason! They taste delicious, and cutting back on alcohol is beneficial for our health. If you want to turn this mocktail into a cocktail, white rum tastes great!

Ingredients:
- 2 oz. coconut water
- 3 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 oz. grapefruit juice
- 2 oz. club soda
- Ice
- Mint or pineapple slice for garnish
Instructions:
- In a glass, add coconut water, club soda, pineapple juice, grapefruit juice and ice.
- Mix well. Garnish with mint or pineapple slices. Enjoy!
