These crispy baked wonton cups are loaded with spicy turkey sausage, melty cheese, and ranch-seasoned goodness. Perfect for game day snacking and football season gatherings.

Ingredients:
- 1 package of wonton wrappers
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ⅛ cup dry Ranch seasoning mix
- ½ cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 2.25-ounce can of sliced black olives, chopped
- 3 cups shredded Mexican cheese
- 1 pound spicy turkey sausage, cooked
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mold the wonton wrappers in a muffin pan and brush and spray with cooking spray. Bake for about 10 minutes or until the wontons start turning golden brown.
- While the wontons are baking, mix together the Greek yogurt and dry Ranch seasoning mix in a small bowl. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the red bell pepper, black olives, Mexican cheese, and spicy turkey sausage. Add the Ranch mix in and stir until well mixed.
- Once the wontons are finished, place on a baking sheet. Spoon the filling into each wonton and bake at 375 degrees F for about 12 minutes or until the mixture is heated through. Enjoy!
