The perfect appetizer to make for Saturday and Sunday football this fall!

Ingredients:
- ~2 pounds chicken wings, raw
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 T grated ginger or ginger paste
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 T flour
- 1 ½ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 T garam masala
- 1 T cumin
- 1 T chili powder
- 2 tsp. paprika
- Cilantro, chopped, for garnishing
Instructions:
- Remove the tips of the chicken wings and split them at the joint. Pat dry with paper towels and trim off excess fat with kitchen shears.
- In a large bowl, combine yogurt, ginger paste, minced garlic, lemon juice, flour, salt, turmeric, garam masala, cumin, chili powder and paprika. Mix well.
- Add the wings and toss until well coated. Let it marinate in the fridge for up to four hours.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees. Place the chicken wings in a single layer, and cook for 22-25 minutes. Shake the basket a few times in between.
- Garnish with the chopped cilantro before serving. Enjoy!
