Servings: 8
Prep time: 10 minutes Total time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 8 pretzel rods
- Red, white, and blue sprinkles
Instructions:
- Add the white chocolate chips to a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 20-30 second increments, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted.
- Holding each pretzel rod by one end, dip it into the melted white chocolate, covering about half to two-thirds of the rod. Let the extra chocolate drip off.
- While the chocolate is still wet, hold the pretzel over a plate and sprinkle the red, white, and blue sprinkles all over the chocolate-coated part. Rotate the pretzel to get all sides.
- Place the pretzels on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Let them sit at room temperature until the chocolate hardens or pop them in the fridge for 10–15 minutes to speed things up.
- Once set, they’re ready to eat. Great for parties, cookouts, or just a sweet-salty snack.
