High protein quinoa recipes are easy to come by, but this one is a unique way to use quinoa for breakfast and packs about 33 grams of protein per bowl!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup quinoa, cooked
- 1 scoop Vital Proteins Vanilla Protein Powder
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup raspberry jam
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- ¼ cup fresh raspberries, for topping
- 1 teaspoon of @klimscaramels 100% Pure Madagascar Vanilla Extract
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter, for topping
For Streusel:
- 1 ½ tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- ½ tablespoon granulated sugar
- Dash of salt
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
Instructions:
- Add the cooked quinoa, vanilla protein powder, milk, raspberry jam, and chia seeds to a bowl and mix. Add more milk if needed.
- Make the streusel: mix together the flour, sugars, and salt. Drizzle the melted butter over the mixture and use a fork to smash the mixture until clumpy. Scatter the streusel over the quinoa bowl.
- Top the quinoa bowl with the streusel and raspberries and drizzle the peanut butter on top.
