Be Well Table; Whipped Protein Hot Chocolate

Indulge in this creamy, high-protein whipped hot chocolate – a cozy treat that’s perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth while keeping you fueled!

Servings: 2

Prep time: 10 minutes

Total time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
  • 1 T cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups milk of choice (I use cow’s milk)
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions:

  1. In a medium metal or cold glass bowl, add cold heavy whipping cream, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder and powdered sugar. Beat on high until the mixture starts to form soft peaks. Be careful not to overwhip – the whipped topping will sink if you do!
  2. Warm the milk in the microwave until it becomes hot. Add milk to a mug and top with the whipped protein hot chocolate. You can put it in a piping or Ziploc bag and cut the corner of the bag with scissors to make it look fancier with a piped swirl!
  3. Top with marshmallows, chocolate chunks or sprinkles!

Today, as we approach Thanksgiving 2025, that same spirit has evolved into something equally powerful: a determined effort to rebuild not just homes and infrastructure, but entire economic foundations—with tourism leading the charge toward long-term recovery.
